The 3rd Cyprus International Performance Art Festival (CIPAF) will take place at ARTos Foundation, in Nicosia, on 20 and 21 June 2015. Cyprus International Performance Art Festival (CIPAF) is a theme Festival, the 3rd of the Organization to focus on humor. This year the Festival is titled "humorously intending," and examines how artists of performance art use humor and multiple media in their work. Also, this year the Festival presents the programs "Space for New," a program to support newcomer-artists of performance art, and performance art "Occasion," where a special guest from the world of performance art creates a special occasion for the audience.

Cyprus International Performance Art Festival (CIPAF) is the first and unique festival in Cyprus that has been created for and is dedicated exclusively to the artistic performance and performance art. This initiative brings together, supports and promotes the work of internationally renowned artists and emerging young artists from around the world, for whom the Performance Art is the main instrument of their artistic creation.

Cyprus International Performance Art Festival (CIPAF) aims to present and introduces the multidimensional nature of performance art in the local community and to enhance the artistic scene of Cyprus by encouraging relationships with local, national and international networks.

The Festival's activities are addressed and to artists but also to a wider audience. The Festival creates a common ground for artists, curators, art critics, cultural producers, art students and the public, as an opportunity for meeting, Exchange and cooperation.

Cyprus International Performance Art Festival (CIPAF) is a non-profit initiative that takes place because of the intense desire and need to create innovative annual activities. The Festival has become a reality because of constant effort by the organizing group, support of participating artists and the generosity of partners, supporters and sponsors.
