May 18--June 9, 2007, 4 University Credits

[view and download course poster]

This four credit geology course is taught at the introductory level and there are no pre-requisites. It satisfies the natural science "K" core requirement at University of Southern Maine and may be transferable. This course, offered for 25 years on Lesvos, is also valuable for upper-level geology students because you'll study the Aegean regional geology and learn about environmental geology issues within Greece. This course is not the equivalent of Field Camp.
