Exhibit to Open at Hellenic Museum of Chicago: Remembering Generations: The Greek Immigrant's Journey

Officials and members of the Hellenic Museum of Chicago are pleased to announce the opening reception of a new exhibit titled, "Remembering Generations: The Greek Immigrant's Journey," on Sunday, March 2, 2003. The exhibit is a retrospective exploring highlights from the HMCC's permanent collections and past exhibitions that have chronicled the paths of Greek immigrants and their assimilation to all facets of life and work in the United States. It represents the stages of Greek immigration through works of art, historical artifacts, photographs and documentary materials.

"Remembering Generations: The Greek Immigrant's Journey" will run through July 31, 2003.

Parking is available at several convenient locations located near the Hellenic Museum (168 North Michigan Ave., 4th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601) including the Millennium Park Underground Garage, Marshall Field's Self Park and a valet lot located just behind the Museum.
