According to Hesiod, Macedon (the ancestor of the Macedonians) and Magnetas (the ancestor of the Thessalians) were children of Zeus and Pandora, Deucaleon' s daughter and had their abode on Pieria and Olympus.

Hellene was Deucaleon' s son. Not accidentally did the Greeks have their Gods' abode on the Macedonian mountain, Olympus.

The historical account of the fabrication of the Macedonian Nation of Skopje by Tito and the matters of principle hereunder,

a) the significance of History,

b) b) the inscriptions,

c) c) the ancient names of Macedonian cities and

d) d) the stance of the Athens Academy, corroborate the characterisation of the above title,

certify the indubitable identity of Macedonia and the Macedonians as Hellenic, and at the same time reveal the character of the political and historical fraud of the pseudo-Macedonian state fabricated by Tito.

History, according to the international agreement signed in Paris on the 17th December 1970, sanctioned also by the Greek Parliament with the articles 1 and 1b of the Law 1103/11.02.1980, constitutes a cultural commodity demanding to be respected

The three-volume «History of the Macedonian Nation of Skopje», which circulated in 1969, was written by a hard-core one-party regime forging vulgarly and by some mandate the history of Macedonia. It collected from archives from all over the world anything that referred to Macedonia throughout the centuries and appropriated them.

Generations of Skopjans have been taught this usurped history for decades and, only if they see with their own eyes the inscriptions, the monuments and the archaeological sites of Macedonia, will they learn the historical truth, which they are obliged to, according to the Article 2 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement they signed with the EU and out of respect for democratic principles.

Something that the competent authority for the dilatation of the EU has not pursued, as it ought to.

History is, as I foresaid, a cultural commodity, but it assumes special significance when it refers to the military struggles of each nation. Skopje, funded by the Ministry of National Defence of FYROM and the Military Academy as publisher, published in 2000, in the so called «Macedonian language» for Military Academy's use, a book with the title «28 centuries of Glorious Military History of the Macedonian people» As soon as they received the resolution for membership, the book was circulated also in English.

The hilarious reasons they present for the publication of the book are the following:

Firstly, because the conceited culture of neighbouring people (Serbs, Bulgarians, Greeks and Albanians) had succeeded in appropriating the long military past of the Macedonian people.

Secondly, because in the former Socialist Confederate Democracy of Macedonia the presence of Military history had been simply confined to the account of the struggles of the Macedonian people during the Illiden uprising and the resistance in the Second World War.

Thirdly, because time had come for the Macedonians to make their historical past known when FYROM had gained independence.

The Honorary Ambassador Mr. Kofos, who managed to find a copy in English with great difficulty, notices that the first great victories mentioned in the book, that are also taught at the Military Academy since 2000, are:

-the battles at Chaeronia, (where they defeated the Greeks),

-the battle of Granicus,

-the battle of Issus, ending at

-the final defeat of the Macedonians by the Romans at Pydna in 168 B.C.

The Skopjans thus wrote shamelessly this provocative and, at the same time, comical book.

I confess, having participated as a reservist officer in all the fronts of the 2nd World War for 7 years, that I wonder how it is possible, and solely because of this, to discuss their participation in NATO, which, it is revealed, had not supervised the matter, which is their own responsibility.

All archaeologists define the identity of an ancient people by the inscriptions. This is something emphasised also by Manolis Andronicos.

In 1896 Professor Margaritis Dimitsas published a book with the prophetic title, «Macedonia inscribed on stones and on survived monuments» in which he collected and published in two volumes 1409 Greek inscriptions and 180 in Latin dating from the 6th century B.C. to the 18th century A.D. According to him these inscriptions represent less than half of those that have survived and he had collected them from 120 published monographs and travels, mainly of foreign visitors. In the periodical «Ancient World» of Chicago (October-December 1981, p.120) it is mentioned that the Macedonian inscriptions must have tripled since Dimitsas' time.

As it is known, at the National Research Centre of Athens there are already and published in books 5000 Greek inscriptions and 11.000 Greek names of Macedonians. Consequently the Skopjans and those who don't know history or their naive supporters deceive themselves thinking that the marbles of Macedonia and the survived monuments that cry out the historical truth will not impose it, which constitutes the «Shield of Democracy».

In 1896 Professor Margaritis Dimitsas wrote also the book with the title «Ancient Geography of Macedonia», in which the ancient Greek names of the cities of Macedonia constitute another eloquent proof of its perennial Hellenic identity. Names of places such as Pella, Dium, Aeges (Vergina), Emathia, Philippi, Olynthos, Ghalipsos, Potidaea, Amphipoli and other, which are mentioned by ancient authors (Diodoros Sikeliotis) and modern ones (Dimitsas) corroborate too the indubitable identity of Macedonia as Hellenic and of Macedonians as Hellenes. In this book Margaritis Dimitsas refers to the abolition of the Macedonian state by the Romans in 168 A.D. under the leadership of General Emilius Paul. Macedonia, writes Dimitsas, produced, between the 5th century B.C. and the 5th century A.D., 100 scholars, scientists and writers in all fields of the Hellenic philology, whose writings were lost in a big shipwreck while they were being transported to Rome by Emilius Paul. According to Isidoros' testimony, Emilius Paul, apart from the many other spoils from Macedonia, carried off also the rich library of Perseus, the Macedonian king, which became the first library in Rome.

The Council of the Academy of Athens at the Meeting of the 17th January 1992 under the Presidency of the Academician and Professor of History at Athens University, Michael Sakellariou, who made a study of the demand of the Democracy of Skopje to be called «Macedonia», resolved to put to the attention of the scientific community that:

- Today' s Confederate Democracy with the name of «Macedonia», does not
comprise but a few kilometres of historical Macedonia.

- The falsely inscribed «Macedonia» claims real Macedonia, which is part of
Greece and inhabited by Greeks, and

- While the Confederate Democracy of Yugoslavia has the right to become a self-independent state, it does not have the right to acquire by international recognition an advantage that no state in the world possesses, namely to use a name, which alone propagates territorial pursuits. .

The Skopjans invoke that the name «Macedonia» is the Constitutional name of their State, but the name «Macedonia» Tito fraudulently used since the 2nd August 1944; and they invoke it by some typical voting to an unhistorical world, which adopts it, without knowing the history of the fabrication of the pseudoMacedonian Nation.

The following events also corroborate the characterisation used in the title of this text. Events that preceded the «Russian revolution» and the prevalence of Communism, which constitute the starting point of the fabrication of the «Democracy of Macedonia» by Tito.

1. The St Stephen Treaty (March 1878), by which the Tsar obliged the
Ottoman Empire to cede Macedonia to Bulgaria

2. The Berlin Treaty (July 1878), which occurred with the uprising of Hellenism,
in which all the Great Powers of Europe participated and which annulled the
St Stephen Treaty.

3. The Macedonian struggle of Greeks and Bulgarians (1904-1908).

4. The census of the population in the area carried out by the Turk Hilmi Pasha
(1905), in which no one was listed as Macedonian.

5. In 1912 Parliamentary elections were carried out by the Turkish government
in the region of Macedonia, in which also minorities participated. There was
no Macedonian, either as a candidate member of Parliament, or as a voter.

6. In 1912 the First Balkan War took place and following the occupation of
Thessaloniki and of the greatest part of ancient Macedonia by the Greek
Army, the General Administration of Macedonia was founded, which covered the said region, with Thessaloniki as the centre. The Turkish administration had banned the administration hierarchy in the Balkans and had the Santzakia and Vilaetia. No one complained about the foundation of the General Administration of Macedonia, because they all knew, even the Turks, that the Macedonians were Greek.

7. In 1912 the Serbian army occupied a small area of few kilometres of the historical Macedonia between the Greek border and the Monastery around Doirani and it annexed it to the Serbian territory.

8. In 1913 the Second Balkan War against Bulgaria took place and with the Bucharest Treaty the matter of the border was settled. As Bulgaria - Greek border was set the mountain crest of Beles, without any reference to the word «Macedonia». As Greece - Serbia border was set the part occupied by Serbia in the First Balkan War, which is also today' s border of Greece - FYROM. No reference whatsoever was made to the word «Macedonia».

Therefore it is a lie that Macedonia was shared and it is wrong to talk only about the geographical part of the matter, making allowances for a discussion about a composite name, which evidently will contain the word «Macedonia». Through the huge propaganda, however, of the Skopjans and their unhistorical supporters, they will go on calling themselves, as well as many countries, «Macedonians» The Skopjans appear irreconcilable in order to gain a conciliatory solution, which will contain the word «Macedonia». Those who talk about a composite name, which will contain the word <<Macedonia», had better not to forget Constantine Karamanlis' tear «about one Macedonia and Greek at that» that stirred every Greek and is corroborated by the finds of the excavations, which in essence took place after 1975.

As it is known, Macedonia gained its independence in 1912 and both Balkan Wars of 1912-1913, as well as both World Wars that followed, 1914-1918 and 1939-1945 respectively, did not make the history of Macedonia known.

In particular,

1. The Macedonian front developed during the First World War, with Thessaloniki as headquarters where it was also the centre of the rebelling Greek Government under Eleftherios Venizelos. In this war, the English, the French, the Serbs, the Italians and the Greeks fought against the Germans, the Turks and the Bulgarians. The victory of our allies on the Macedonian front became the start of the Germans' defeat. Macedonia also, as it will transpire from what will follow, became the start of Hitler' s defeat in the Second World War. The existence of Macedonians, as separate nationality, is not mentioned anywhere until the Second War.

2. In 1919, following the end of the First World War, the allies, wishing to gratify the ally Serbia at the Peace Convention in Paris, annexed Croatia and Slovenia and it became the kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. Had there been at the time a Macedonian nation, it would have been the kingdom of the Macedonians. This Kingdom was abolished in 1941 by the Germans and was later on placed under Tito' s control, as it will be shown further on, who, as a communist, prevailed in Yugoslavia and seized the opportunity to fabricate the Socialist Democracy of Macedonia, which constitutes a political and historical fraud.

3. After 1922, under the supervision of the League of Nations, an exchange of population took place in Macedonia. The Turks of Macedonia were exchanged with the Greek refugees of Eastern Thrace and Asia Minor. At the same time an exchange of Bulgarians from Macedonia with Greeks from Bulgaria took place. The American Henry Markendau, who had supervised, as President of the Committee of Exchanges of the League of Nations, writes in his book «I was sent to Athens»: «After the departure of the Turks and the Bulgarians from Macedonia, Macedonia remained a purely Greek area»

Soley from the above it is corroborated that there existed no Macedonian Nation. The Skopjans, as I have written in a previous text, have no right to be called Macedonians, because the Macedonians were and still are Greek, as the commissioner Mr Oli Rhen knows; something certified also by the resolution of the Summit Meeting of Lisbon in 1992.

The late President of Democracy Constantine Karamanlis, speaking at the Association of Archaeology on the 3rd December 1982, bearing in mind the revelation of the grandeur of ancient Macedonia by the archaeological spade, characterised as «naive, treacherous, but also absurd» the activity of those who try to forge self-evident historical facts. On his initiative an Exhibition of Alexander the Great was organised in USA and Canada, which impressed its visitors.

Not accidentally, the Institute of Foreign Affairs in Sweden, together with the University Lund and the signature of the distinguished writer Staffan Stolpe, mention in their research about the identity of Macedonia in 1995: «All European Ministers should become conscious of the fact that the History of Macedonia is not only the History of the Greeks, but also that of us Europeans, because the Macedonians spread the Greek civilisation in Europe and the entire world».

The main start of the fabrication of the Socialist Democracy of Macedonia by Tito was the prevalence of Communism in Russia, which started spreading mainly since the Second World War, when Communism was imposed in Central Europe and the Balkans.

1. In 1921 the Balkan Communist Confederation was founded by all the Balkan Communist Parties; and following a proposition of the Bulgarian communist representative, it was resolved to pursue not the creation of a (pseudo) Macedonian Nation, but the autonomy of Macedonia - Thrace, with Kollarov' s obvious target to annex Macedonia and Thrace to Bulgaria, as he also did with Eastern Romilia, when the Soviet Union was controlling the Balkans. The Secretary General of the Greek Communist Party disagreed and it was cancelled.

2. In 1924, the Comintern sanctioned the resolution of the Balkan Parties in Moscow, something that made the resolution obligatory for all Communist Parties and assisted the Skopjans' propaganda, when Tito fabricated the Democracy of Macedonia.

Therefore the initial target was not the creation of a pseudo-Macedonian nation. This was Tito' s fabrication, who founded the false assertion that the ancient Macedonians were not Greek.

In 1939 Hitler and Stalin attacked Poland and they shared it between them, a fact that led to the declaration of the Second World War. After that, Hitler occupied most of European countries.

On the 28th October 1940 Fascist Italy attacked Greece, which, after a strong and heroic five-month defence, defeated Italy. That was the first victory against the Axis in Europe.

On the 28th October 1942 the British Minister of Commercial Navigation, Philip Noel Baker, stated: «If Greece had given way to Musolini' s ultimatum, nobody would have had any right to blame her. I say this while we know how much this meant to us. The Axis would have had ever since the whole of Europe at its disposal in order to develop its transportation lines; and the airplanes and the submarines would have dominated the entire Mediterranean from the Greek coasts. The defence task in Egypt would have become more difficult. Syria, Iran and Cyprus would have been occupied by the Axis. Turkey would have been surrounded. The petroleum wells of the Near East would have been at his disposal. The rear part of Caucasus would have opened for him. It is not difficult for us to believe that we would have lost the Middle East and also probably the war itself. Thanks to the Greek defence, we were given the time to crush the Italian army, which had moved from Libya against Egypt, to clear the Red Sea from the enemy's ships, to transfer the American assistance toward the Near East and to annihilate thus the enemy's threat against it. The effects of the Greek defence are becoming perceptible today in our struggles. If Stalingrad and Caucasus are holding up today, this is not unrelated to the Greek Defence, from which we are still benefiting, after two years. The world, indeed, has no right to forget the feats of the Greeks at the present historical moment».

As it will be mentioned further down, with the German attack in 1941, which initially took place at the Macedonian fortifications, Europe was saved, thanks to the sacrifice of the Greeks. An opportunity that Tito grabbed to fabricate the pseudo-Macedonian nation.

More specifically:

1. Hitler, who had decided to attack the Soviet Union in the middle of May 1941, at the beginning of the same year postponed this expedition in order to help Musolini who had decided to attack Greece at the end of March 1941.

2. In February 1941 the British Foreign Minister Eden came on a diplomatic visit in order to persuade Yugoslavia and Turkey to collaborate with Greece to confront together Hitler's Germany. Yugoslavia and Turkey refused to fight against Germany. Eden came to Athens and met the Greek Prime Minister, who, despite the fact that Greece had been fighting the Italians for 5 months and Churchill had asked by telegram his Foreign Minister to advise the Greeks not to enter a hopeless struggle against the Germans, replied that Greece would fight alone against Hitler's Germany. After this reply, Britain sent to Greece approximately 50.000 soldiers, composed of English, Australians and New Zealanders, who undertook to support the defence of the Central and Western Macedonia, a fact which corroborates the Greek identity of Macedonia and the Macedonians.

3. On March the 27th, 1941, the Yugoslavian Army overthrew the Government of the kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, because it had made an Agreement of Friendship with Germany on the 25th March 1941, in exchange for Thessaloniki. Hitler, in order to attack also Yugoslavia, postponed his attack against Greece until the 6th April 1941, which he made from Bulgarian territory. On the 6th April 1941 he attacked the fortifications of Macedonia - Thrace and at the same time the Germans invaded Skopje, where the German troops were received as Liberators with thousands of Bulgarian flags. The Germans came up against strong resistance from the defenders of the fortifications of Macedonia, the only Macedonia since the 8th century B.C. and 1912 A.D.

Hitler, speaking at Reichstag in May 1941, declared: «Historical justice compels me to recognise that of all the opponents we confronted the Greek soldier fought with supreme heroism and self-sacrifice and capitulated only when any further resistance had become impossible». When the defenders of the Fortifications started to surrender, the Germans admiring the Greeks' heroism stood in arms and raised the German flag only when the last Greek soldier had vanished into the distance. I lived through these events, because I served as reservist artillery officer in the area of the fortifications in April 1941.

The 7-month defence of the Greeks in 1940-41 against the Axis:

- prevented the occupation of Moscow and Leningrad and the Russian winter saved the Soviet army.

-prevented Hitler's sovereignty in Europe.

-contributed to Germany's defence, which followed after America entering the war on the 7th December 1941.

In 1942 the Frenchman Pierre Bourdan speaking on the BBC, said: « As time goes by it will be shown that after Britain's resolution in 1940 it was the braveness of the Greek people that contributed the most to the saving of the European civilisation, created by them 2400 years ago. This should be borne in mind when they form Europe. Any ingratitude towards Greece would equal treason towards Europe»

Following the alliance of Bulgaria and Hitler during the Second World War, Tito took over the staff for Macedonia, after he had annihilated Mihailovich. On the 2nd August 1944 he declared the formation of the «Socialist Democracy of Macedonia» at the monastery PROHOR PCINTCI, which was on Serbian territory. He did that for three reasons:

-as a Croat to belittle Serbia

-to associate with the Bulgarians who had been left at the time of the Turkish rule in the area of Serbia.

- To gratify Stalin acquiring the control of the Aegean

On the 8th August 1944 Tito said: «The fate of our brothers in Macedonia does not leave us unmoved».

On the 9th September 1944 Bulgaria abandoned Hitler and allied with Stalin. After the expulsion of the Bulgarians from Skopje, which they had occupied in 1941, when Bulgaria joined the Axis and following the departure of the Germans from the Balkans in 1944, Tito went into Skopje and fabricated on paper the elements of the non-existent «Macedonian Nation», proceeding with the following:

a) In 1944 he appointed Government and Macedonian Parliament.

b) In 1944 he named the oral Bulgarian idiomatic language that was spoken
in Skopje «Macedonian language» and only in 1945, after some linguistic work on it, did it become the sixth official language of Yugoslavia. The linguist Professor George Babiniotis wrote an article about the Macedonian language with the title «Language with a false name - state with a false inscription».

c) In 1968 Tito' s atheistic communist party founded only in Skopje the Autocephalous Macedonian Church of Macedonia, which no Orthodox church recognises it.

d) In 1969 the Skopjans circulated the «History ofthe Macedonian Nation» This history, which constitutes the greatest political and historical fraud in international annals, was imposed by communist parties over decades and, piloted by a hard core one-party mechanism, misled unhistorical and naive people all over the world.

I mention the case of Illiden in 1903, which was an uprising of Bulgarian partisans. They present it as an uprising of Macedonians and they have established it as their National Day. They are belied by 70 reports of the Consuls of the USA, England, France, Austria addressed to the Foreign Ministers of their respective countries, but also by the report of the Turkish Ambassador to France addressed to his Foreign Minister, in which it is mentioned that it was a Bulgarian uprising. The Skopjans deceived also the Vatican, presenting Greek Byzantine icons as «Macedonian», something that forced the Vatican to declare that they had been trapped by the Skopjans.

The biggest, however, fraud for the fabrication of the pseudo - Macedonian nation of Skopje is the map of Macedonia, printed in the school books of FYROM. Thanks to the invaluable research of the honorary ambassador Evangelos Kofos, who presented the map of Macedonia in his book «The Great Macedonia» with subtitle, which mentions untruthfully that «There was no presence of Greeks in Macedonia» (they add: also in Thrace and Epiros).

In this case they are belied by the Acts of the Apostles, which mention that during Apostle Paul's visit to Thessaloniki and Veria he met «Greek men and women who were converted to Christianity». Apostle Paul visited also Philipous, Thessaloniki and Veria, which had been Greek cities before Christ and maintain continually until today the same Greek names. Another map that is printed in school-books at FYROM has Olympus as the Greek frontier, the mountain that borders on a country called. ..Macedonia.

As I wrote in my letter to the Austrian Foreign Minister, Macedonians left Macedonia during the Turkish rule and excelled in many fields in Central Europe and the Balkans; like Steryios and Nikolaus Dumba, who are regarded as benefactors of Austria and Greece. Nikolaus Dumba is regarded as «Patron of the Arts». I also mention the Sin a family, Yon Karayan, Steryio KarayanPresient of the Academy of Sciences in Vienna - a Prime Minister of Hungary, a Minister of Finance of Rumania who said in the parliament: «I am thankful to this hospitable country, but my soul is Greek as is my origin». Greek shipowners maintained in Danube 27 educational associations and in Monastiri 17 Greek schools.

Skopjans' deceits and lies are revealed in my books that have all Foreign Ministries of the EU and Members of Parliament.

Tito' responsibility for the fabrication of the pseudo- Macedonian nation is also mentioned by the Bulgarian communist leader Georghi Dimitrov in his Secret Diary, which was published by the Journalist and Director of the Macedonian News Agency, Spiros Kouzinopoulos He writes: «Dimitrov, speaking to the rebel Bulgarian Vlahov, asks among other things: we talk about Macedonian Nation or Macedonian population, which consists of Bulgarians, Serbs and Greeks? Is there a Macedonian nation? And if there is, where and how? Is it possible for Macedonia to exist as an independent state or in the frame of the confederation of Southern Slavs, in order to acquire freedom and State status regardless of the ethnographical concoction that it is?»

Also the academician Itso Dimitrov, former Bulgarian Minister of Education, comments that Stalin does not get moved whether there exists Macedonian Nation or not and he juxtaposes to Dimitrov that after the October revolution there was no Nation of White Russia.» We created it and now nobody questions it» The Yugoslavian leader Tito follows faithfully the steps of Kremlin's head. He fabricated a non-existent nation (the Macedonian) using the admirable recipe of White Russia. But also the scientific foundation of the Academy of Moscow in its book about the Slavs of the South mentions that «Macedonian Nation neither existed nor does it exist» The Skopjans and their supporters deceive themselves thinking that they can impose the pseudo- Macedonian nation, which Tito fabricated.

As it is known, in 1948 Tito was ousted from the Comintern and became the «spoiled child» of the free peoples and particularly of the USA, which were confronting the Cold War. All the peoples kept helping Tito on USA orders. Yugoslavia bolted undisturbed ever since. In 1950, when Tito sought to develop diplomatic relations with Greece, the Greek Prime Minister, General Plastiras, refused to proceed, if Tito would not retract the statement that there was Macedonian minority in Greece, which would presuppose the existence of a «Macedonian Nation», something that Greece denies, because the Macedonians are Greek. Upon the American Ambassador's intervention, Tito changed his statement and the diplomatic relations got started. When later on, as I mention in texts that have the Foreign Ministries of the EU and the Ministers of the European Parliament, the matter of a Macedonian minority came up by the Yugoslavians all the late political leaders (Constantine Karamanlis, George Papandreou, Andreas Papandreou, Elias Eliou, but also in 1988 the Secretary of the Greek Communist Party Charilaos Florakis, denied the existence of a «Macedonian minority» and consequently the existence of a «Macedonian Nation».

Zelev, as President of Democracy, stated in Sweden on the 20th June 1993, when he was asked by a journalist of the Swedish Newspaper Svenska Dugbladed about a «Macedonian Nation» that «The Macedonian Nation Comintern created after the war is a Crime of Titoism and Stalinism»

Jafferi, Leader of an Albanian party of Skopja, in August 1997 accused Ghligorov of usurping the historical and cultural heritage of other Balkan countries, underlying that "there is no real Macedonianism, but imaginary, because it tries to be built on a myth». He recently added that: « It is condemned by all scientists»

Revealing the lack of any seriousness on the part of the Skopjans is a speech given by the Skopjan archaeologist NANTE PROEFSKA at he Town Hall of the city Resni on the 14th September 2004 with the title «What we know about the Ancient Macedonians" in which she stated « Until just before the war there had been the wrong impression that the Ancient Macedonians were Greek» And continuing, she answered to a journalist question regarding Alexander the Great's origin: «He had...Chinese origin, but in no way Greek»

Journalist Apokis, when Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis was in Washington (Newspaper «TO VIMA, 6th May 2004) wrote that an Official of the White House said:»They all know that Classical Macedonia was part of the ancient Greek world. I know it, they all know it and the historical facts do not change}} Unfortunately, many unhistorical people and mainly circles of the State Department do not know it.

Vlassis Vlassidis, assistant Professor, in an article published in a book by E. Kofou - V. Vlassidi with the title «The seven-year co-existence 1995-2002)}, mentions that the former Major of Skopja Benkofski, the chief editor of the newspaper DEVNIC and the Minister of Education of Skopje Olizan, said at a meeting: «We have a problem with our children and we try to persuade them that we have no relation to the Ancient Macedonians, but we can't, because this what our children have been taught at school}}.

The EU, which bears the responsibility for the stability of the region, ought to have pursued the application of the essential terms of the Agreement on the part of FYROM, which are referred in the articles 2 and 3 and particularly the article 3, namely respect for the democratic principles, which, as afore-mentioned, is emphasised in an article of the newspaper KATHIMERINI on the 4th August 2004: « Truth is the shield of Democracy. The whole historical truth, no matter how unpleasant it might be for some)}. This truth, namely the identity of Macedonia and of the Macedonians as Greek, would be verified only if the competent commissioner of the EU, Mr Oli Ren, to whom I have repeatedly written about it, would visit, together with the Skopjans and the other members of the European Parliament, which constitute the Commission for the dilatation of the EU, a)the National Research Centre of Athens, in order for the Skopjans to see the thousands of Greek inscriptions and b) the archaeological sites and the Museums of Macedonia and Skopje.

The Skopjans, with the discreditable history they have published, with the title «28 centuries of Military History of the Macedonian People}} and the assertion that they represent «Macedonian Nation)}, as well as that there is «Macedonian minority}} in Greece and in other neighbouring countries, exclude stability, peace and relations of good neighbourhood.

Tito' s dismissal from the Comintern was the main cause of today' s situation, because Tito had been the «spoiled child}) of all the free peoples and especially of the USA. Our Northern neighbours have been ever since misleading the international community with the various methods and mechanisms they devised. The Ambassadors of the USA that wenl to Belgrade, unhistorical, like Kissinger had said, learnt the history of Macedonia the way pupils at the FYROM schools had been learning for decades.

a) The Ambassador of the USA to Yugoslavia in 1985, ignoring the circular of the Foreign Minister Stettinius and the Truman Doctrine, stated in a speech he gave at the Skopjan University that: «The USA will support the Macedonian Nation». I reported the fact at the time in a letter to the American Foreign Minister Mr Schultz, who in his letter of reply mentioned that I had invested time and thought in my book «The falsification of the History of Macedonia)) that I had sent him. He also advised me that he had passed my letter forward for further inquiry, but I have heard nothing from the State Department.

b) Another Ambassador of the USA to Yugoslavia, is regarded by the Skopjans and presented as «the Lawrence of Macedonia)).

c) When the National Geographic Magazine presented the Skopjans' stances, an American and Greek Americans complained to the magazine and they were told that they had taken the information from the State Department.

d) Holbrook, when he announced the intermediate agreement of Skopje and Greece, referred to Tchervekofski as Foreign Minister of Macedonia.

e) Confirmation of the lack of any responsibility on the part of the unhistorical circles of the State Department constitutes the fact that in the official website of the State Department lies and the comical assertions fabricated by Tito and Stalin are adopted regarding the extraction of Macedonia from Greece.

Circles of the State Department ignore that the former President Bush (the father), stated on a visit to France in 1991: «Greece alone in Europe stopped the Soviet expansionism of which the Skopjans partook) and today' s President Bush (the son) mentioned twice in 2004 that the USA helped Berlin and Greece in 1947 to maintain their freedom.

The above-mentioned proofs, the truth-speaking marbles of Macedonia, the names of Macedonian cities and the scientific community, which is challenged by the Athens Academy, will overturn every resolution contrary to the historical truth, which eventually the Court, if necessary, may have to impose.

As for the department responsible for the dilatation of Europe, it should take a stand regarding the Greek identity of Macedonia and the Macedonians. Otherwise the EU cannot be called Union of Democratic Peoples and cannot be said that it is interested in Education and Culture.
