Olympus Yogurt Attracts Support as Greek Import at Hermes Expo |

| Hermes International Expo on the March 31st weekend, at the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel and Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey, had a booth devoted to the entire Olympus line of products. Free samples of every yogurt variety resulted in long lines. “We have the only authentic yogurt from Greece in the United States,” said Nicholas Nicolaou, Operations and Sales Manager. “It all starts with milk. Olympus applies a system of Total Quality Management to its milk production that has been practiced for three generations. The company employees, farmers and milk haulers all must participate in rigorous training and undergo frequent inspections that certify the hygiene and overall quality of their operations.” Olympus was the mountain of the Greek Gods. Today, an exciting new import is inspiring the imagination of Americans. My introduction to Olympus yogurt was at the 2011 autumn Festival of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Flushing, New York. What really surprised me was that it was easy to digest, with no side effects. Afterwards, I noticed the local Waldbaum’s was carrying the entire yogurt line. |

Animals are fed only grasses and grains grown near the company’s production facilities in Thessaly, located in Greece’s heartland,” added Dimitrios Stamoulakis, Office Coordinator. “This ensures that every yogurt made by Olympus reflects the company’s high standards for authenticity and flavor.
