Sponsors are responsible for providing content for the program in .pdf, .tif, or .jpg format by October 10th. Files should be grayscale or black and white. This content must meet standards of appropriateness for inclusion and cannot imply endorsement by the University of New Hampshire. Sizes are Full-page (6.6" x 7.96"), Half-page (6.6" x 3.86" [horizontal] or 3.18" x 7.96" [vertical], quarter-page (3.18" x 3.86").

Sponsors may also provide high-quality electronic versions of logos for inclusion on-screen at public events (for Benefactor level and above), on table tents (for Benefactor level and above), for other print media (for Major and Great Benefactors--please provide at your earliest convenience to ensure inclusion in print advertising on campus for the events), and for inclusion on http://www.helleniccomserve.com/wood.html and for a page to be linked off of
